Mainstage & TCMT Public (Weekend) Performances

TMP offers discounted group rates for groups of 10 or more for all regular TMP and TCMT performances. (Group discounts are not available for Special Events or Performances, such as The Fantastic Stardust Follies or Jazz @ TMP.) To qualify for a group rate, groups must be booked and paid for at one time, under one name (one transaction).



TMP Mainstage shows:

Groups Rates for the 2011-2012 TMP MAINSTAGE performances are as follows:

10-24 people $23 per ticket
25-49 people $22 per ticket
50-99 people$21 per ticket
100+ people $20 per ticket




Tacoma Children's Musical Theater shows:

Groups Rates are available for all performances of the TACOMA CHILDREN'S MUSICAL THEATER productions. Prices are $10 per ticket for groups of 10 or more. This includes the Mid-Week School Group matinee performances, as well as the regular Saturday/Sunday shows. We do not provide complimentary chaperone tickets for large groups.

Please contact the Box Office directly to make arrangements to reserve your group space. All tickets must be purchased in advance of the designated performance. TMP accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment. We do not accept Purchase Orders. As with all TMP ticket sales, all sales are final and there are no refunds.

•School Groups



Reservations:

Mid-Week School Group Matinee performances are scheduled for select dates of the TCMT and TMP Mainstage seasons. Reservations are required. Performances begin at 10:30 am unless otherwise scheduled. These performances sell out quickly, so it is advisable to make reservations for your group as early as possible.

Ticket prices for School Groups of 10 or more people are $10 per ticket. As of June 2011, reservations for school groups for the Mid-Week Student Group Matinee performances of Pinkalicious in November are being accepted. School Group reservations for Willy Wonka*, The Color Purple and Captains Courageous will become available September 2011.

2011-12 Mid-Week School Group Matinee Schedule:

Pinkalicious - November 3, 2011 at 10:30 am
Willy Wonka TYA - February 23 & 28, 2012 at 10:30 am SOLD-OUT
The Color Purple (recommended for students 9th grade and up) - March 14, 2012 at 9:30 am
Captains Courageous - April 17 & 19, 2012 at 10:30 am


Payment:

To secure your reservation, payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to your performance date. If your reservation is being made inside of the 8-week window, then another date will be agreed upon for payment with the Box Office Manager. All tickets must be paid for in advance of the event. TMP accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express only. TMP does not accept purchase orders. Once payment is received, ticket numbers cannot be reduced. There are no refunds.


Additional Tickets:

If seating is still available, additional tickets to Mid-Week School Group Matinees may be purchased at the group rate by the school group or district, or by parent chaperones identified with a reserved school group which has paid in full.


Arrival & Parking:

Please plan to arrive at the theater approximately 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. TMP does not open before 10:00 am (9:15 am for The Color Purple). For 12:45 pm performances, a prior performance will likely still be letting out as late as 12:15 pm, and keeping all groups together could be made difficult with an arrival earlier than 12:30 pm.

When you arrive, have a designated teacher check in with the Box Office to pick up printed seating charts for your group.

There is plenty of parking available behind the building or across the street in the Park-n-Ride lot. For disabled access, there is a loading zone directly in front of the theater.
